We use Stripe for secure payment processing. When you checkout, you'll be redirected to Stripe's secure payment page. We support credit/debit cards and other payment methods available through Stripe.

Yes! On any listing's detail page, you can click "Make Offer" to submit a price offer. The seller can accept, reject, or counter your offer. You'll receive a notification when they respond.

You can file a dispute from your order detail page. The seller will be notified and can respond. If the issue isn't resolved between you and the seller, our admin team will step in to help mediate.

Click "Message Seller" on any listing page to start a real-time chat. Messages are delivered instantly via WebSocket, so you can negotiate or ask questions in real time.
